JUST WIN BABY WIN
A win over TCU gets the Eers to 5-3 (4-3 in the Big 12) and keeps WVU in the hunt!

The Late Al Davis said it best "Just Win Baby Win" and on Saturday the Mountaineers did just that they won. Not just a normal W.. No they DOMINATED TCU from the opening kick-off until 0:00 was on the clock in the 4th. Defense and Offense looked as complete as they had all year (Besides K-State) . HC Neal Brown stated "He wanted to be the most improved country in the nation" and after today I would have to agree!
STAND OUT PERFORMANCES:
Defense:
This goes without saying that the Defense played lights out holding TCU 6 points ! Guys like Tykee Smith, Tony Fields, Ahkeem Mesidor, & Exree Loe all had their hands in the 24-6 beatdown. Just to put in perspective how good Tykee Smith is, Through 11 weeks he has the highest coverage grade among DB's (90.0) in other words HE'S JUST THAT GOOD!
Offense:
Welcome back, TJ Simmons! TJ finally had the day we all were waiting for (Dan Jones especially) hauling in four catches for 90 yards and two touchdowns. Doege finished 19-of-26 passing (73%) for 212 yards and two touchdowns. QUESTION: WHAT CAN BROWN DO FOR YOU?. Well Leddie finished with 24 carries for 156 yards. Brown is the third player this season to have 3 30+ yard runs in a single game, only two other players have accomplished that this year Najee Harris (ALA) & Javonte Williams (UNC) that's some good company to be in.
Outlook :
This wasn't the 40-28 win I prognosticated but 24-6 isn't bad either 'Bounce Back" was a term that these Mountaineers defined perfectly. Fans should love this stat West Virginia is 5-0 at home. Oklahoma comes into Morgantown and I have a feeling 6-0 at home sounds even better! LETS GO MOUNTAINEERS!! HAILWV!
