On Thursday, 2023 four-star linebacker Jaiden Ausberry announced his commitment to Marcus Freeman and Notre Dame.
Ausberry committed to Notre Dame over schools like Michigan, Texas A&M, and Auburn. Ausberry's relationship with Al Washington and Marcus Freeman are the reason why Notre Dame won this recruiting battle.
What does Ausberry bring to the table?
Ausberry has great ball vision which helps him go faster on the field and is great blitzing through the line and is able to stop the ball carrier before anything starts.
Notre Dame continues to put together a dream class and adding Ausberry makes it so much better. The Irish have Preston Zinter and Drayk Bowen. The Irish are putting together the next great linebacker core in college football.
The battle for the number one class is on and Notre Dame has the advantage but Alabama, Georgia, and Ohio State are knocking on the door.
