Hey Duck fans we have an early Christmas present this year. Multiple Ducks games are being televised this next week and feature games from Duck Football, Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball. With the successes of the aforementioned sports including all 3 being PAC12 Champions in 2019 it has led to more televised Duck games, what a bonus. In years past we were lucky to just get a Football game on TV and with Basketball, in particular the Women’s team it was a struggle to catch a game on TV.
Earlier in the week Coach Altman told reporters that he was looking to add some more preseason games before the Heart of the PAC12 schedule. Mens Basketball was able to add a couple games against San Francisco and Portland both are in Eugene.
To start the week we have;
Tonight Thursday 12/17 Oregon MBB vs San Francisco at 5pm PAC12 networks
On Friday 12/18 PAC12 Championship Game with Oregon Duck Football at USC, at 5pm on Fox
Saturday 12/19 Oregon Men’s Basketball vs Portland at 1200pm on PAC12 networks
Saturday 12/19 OregonWomen’s Basketball at Washington at 200pm on PAC12 networks
Monday 12/21 Oregon Women’s Basketball at Washington St at 11am on PAC12 networks
Wednesday 12/23 Oregon Men’s Basketball at UCLA at 12pm on ESPN2
All 3 programs will then take a short break from School with some players returning home for the holidays. In this time of uncertainty all of us, Coaching staffs in particular hope the players can go home and safely enjoy time with their families and return to play winning Duck Football and Basketball without any Covid related concerns. The football team will return and wait for a potential bowl game with an undetermined opponent. While Men’s Basketball will get into the heart of PAC12 play again on New Year’s Eve vs California. On the Women’s Basketball side of things start back up 1/1/21, yes that’s right 2020 will be over 🎉🎉🎉🎉, with the Women playing USC.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Duck fans.
